Listen at low volume
The album is mixed for quiet listening. If it feels loud, it is too loud. The texture should sit just under your awareness.
Use headphones or a quiet speaker
Headphones reveal the low-frequency warmth and breath-like detail. A small bedroom speaker works equally well — keep it soft.
Start before you feel exhausted
Begin the protocol while you are winding down, not when you are already wired or already half-asleep. Let it lead the descent.
Keep the room dim
Lower lights, screens away. The album is designed to pair with reduced visual input.
Do not use while driving or operating machinery
It is intentionally drowsiness-inducing. Use only in safe resting environments.
Let it become background, not analysis
Resist the urge to listen actively. The further it recedes from your attention, the better it is doing its job.
If you wake up clear and alert
That may be a sign of a smoother sleep transition. Notice it without forcing a conclusion.
